My charges will be calculated based on the time that I actually spend on any work which I do for you. This will include meetings with you and perhaps others, readingand working on papers, correspondence, attending hearings or Court and time spent travelling away from the office when this is necessary.
At the end of our first meeting I will try to quote you a fixed fee for your work if this is possible. If not I will give an overall estimate of the possible costs.
I currently charge most of my clients £140 per hour. If applicable I will add VAT to the bill at the rate that applies when the work is done. At present, VAT is 17.5 per cent.
